Seton Medical's true strength is it's associates. Whether physicians, nurses, associates or volunteers, we believe that no person at Seton is here by accident. Instead, we believe that each member of our team has been called to this health ministry to do good work - to serve, to care and to heal.
An important part of the orientation process for every new associate is the commissioning ceremony, at which each is charged with the responsibility of carrying out this good work in support of our mission, philosophy and values.
