Dr. Phillip Rawlings 
   
Dr. Rawlings is a board certified physician in Family Medicine.  He obtained his medical
degree from the University of Alabama Birmingham and completed his residency at the
University of New Mexico.  Dr. Rawlings enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions including
prevention and management of cardiovascular disease and diabetes.  Dr. Rawlings sees patients of
all ages. Dr. Rawlings accepts all insurance plans approved by Providence Hospital.
He also provides affordable health care for patients without inusrance.

Dr. Alan Sherman 
 
Dr. Sherman is a board certified physician in Family Medicine and a member of the American
Academy of Family Practice and AMA.  He completed his residency at St. Vincent's Health Center
in Erie Pennsylvania.   Dr. Sherman is affiliated with Providence hospital in Mobile, Alabama.
Dr. Sherman has years of experience in family medicine and general practice in our community. 

Deborah Hyatt, CRNP 
 
Ms. Hyatt is a certified registered nurse practitioner seeing patients under the supervision of one of our physicians. 
She has been practicing medicine in the Providence Family network for more than 15 years and can help you,
and your family with treatment of many of today's heathcare needs.
